examination of micro organism structure in the microbiology laboratory, these

SOLUTION
Methylene blue in 1.5% in 95%
alcohol 300ml
Potassium hydroxide 10ml
Distilled water 990ml
PREPARATION
Measure potassium hydroxide
solution into distilled water and mix with methylene blue solution thoroughly

Apply the solution for 30 second,
wash with water blot carefully and dry with gentle heat.
